I have to say that the Lewiston Housing Authority is one of the most unprofessional and hostile environments there is, compared to Auburn. I really don’t understand how Lisa is allowed to work there. She is so rude, disrespectful and degrading. She cuts people off and talking to them in very demeaning and belittle manner. Particularly, she goes on a power trip with immigrants folks. I know people on her caseload who dread talking to her just based on how she makes them feel. She is, unfortunately, notorious for being really rude. It would be particularly shocking to me if a grievance has not been filed against her. Lisa CHOSE to work in a environment where she has to deal with people of varies backgrounds. If she can’t be expected to act professional in a place like the housing authority, I wonder why she is even there. Additionally, using the mic to talk to people in a LOUD way announcing peoples’ personal information to the people sitting in the waiting area is another concern.
