Quite literally the worst company in Auburn. Left my family without propane for 6 days in the middle of February. Every day I would call they would tell me that delivery was for the following day and refused to list my account as an emergency delivery. I cancelled my account back in the first week of April and was told they would pick up the tanks 2 weeks later. Those tanks are still in my yard. Have to get a lawyer involved just for the simple task of removing the tanks rather than be free storage. Worst part is when I switched to Dead River and they came to install their tanks, they told me that that the Amerigas tanks weren’t even installed properly and were leaking propane. Absolutely do NOT use this company for any reason

This is the second time ive had a delivery they claim they delivered and filled my tanks I went out immediately after they delivered ! The gauges both read 70% full and they charged me almost 360.00 for filling them ! Very crooked company to work with its obvious the driver is selling to his friends and family network at a deep discoint at the customers expensr and the company refuses to do anything about it !

They make you pay in advance and always overcharge you. The estimate that you are required to prepay is always 10 to 15% higher than the amount they actually put in your tank. I've asked for a refund numerous times and they always say they can't find the invoice. Very crooked company.

If zero was an option that is what I would select. I have a business account with them with 15+ tanks. I almost ran out of propane multiple times on the auto fill. I ordered propane and it was miss ordered by the company and days later called they had to have an emergency call out to fill them. Which is 72 hours in there company. Week later I ordered propane for 4 tanks (50 gal in each) few days later they delivered to the site. Instead of putting 50 gal in each tank like I ordered they filled every tank on the property. This totaling almost $3,000. Three days of phone calls and still noting not one customer service people are professional. They have not assisted me in fixing this issue besides they can cancel my account and come pick up the tanks. Turns out in talking to other company’s Amerigas is charging me an extra $1.68 plus truck price and the other companies do not do this. I would NEVER recommend this company for any services.
