Not having any results to get promised work completed. I'v been waiting 8 months. My next step may have to be contacting the Maine Real Estate commission to get it resolved. would not recommend buying from them. Home buying was not made easy!! They get your money and you never hear from them again.

My elderly father has moved in here recently, and this place is absolutely perfect for him. The staff were fantastic when finding a trailer home, seem to maintain their property, and the price is incredibly reasonable. It has very strict rules, which is great for someone his age. It keeps the riff raff out of the park. I do wish they would allow dogs to at least visit though, as my puppy would love to see him.
