Going on my first month here and haven't seen any yet...and from my previous experiences you really gotta throw whole mattress away bed frame as well if its wood...i hate bedbugs!!!!

I've lived here sence 2013 . I got bed bugs once. I had to throw everything away beds sofas clothes. If you live here long enough you will eventually get them . They come through the walls like roaches or you will get them from the washers so always dry clothes in dryer to kill them before you take them home. Its not as bad as it ust to be there trying to clean up the apt property in general.

Hi Angela I did live at this apartment complex previously before moving & while they are affordable they are also a little older. During my time of residence with San marina I lived on the 2nd floor an the roofing on that building was not as maintained as it should have been so when it rained some of the water would seep through the roof (dripping of water) & the apt complex would do normal fogging or spraying of all the apartments because of roaches. The only other issue I didnt care for was that the apts did not come with washer & dryer. i lived in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apt with the biggest floor plan & I paid less than 650. However, that's the down side there is almost always limited availability or there is a wait list for occupancy. So if that's something you are interested in it would be wise to commit or be put on the wait list. Id suggest ventana palms, I lived there previously also for a few years & I never had any issues, the address is 7021 w McDowell rd phx, az 85035

They do but you'll have pay alot of money, and to be honest I wouldn't even live their, sex offenders live there, crack heads who com out naked and people will steal stuff of you patio. No one has respect for anyone and it's pretty much infested with bed bugs.

My son goes there every weekend to visit his best friend and he's never complained to me about bed bugs or has said anything about bites so I'm gonna go with no on that one but keep in mind it is a big apartment complex. Just because his friend don't have them does not mean no one else does.

Hello, my wife and I moved here when she was pregnant, our son is two years old now. We’re still here. It’s not the greatest, but it’s pretty good. We have night patrol, too. Pest control comes every Wednesday so if you have a bug problem, they will take care of it.

You need to contact the office and send in an application. No one will be expecting you otherwise
