Truly enjoyed living here for 13 months. The area is unbeatable, those who love to walk/nature there's paths and hikes all around the complex. Grocery store is also walking distance. The internet was on the slower side but still manageable to work from home. The apartment itself was great. Whatever small fixes were needed maintenance took care of immediately. On the topic of maintenance staff I could probably write a essay. Such hardworking and sweet people who take amazing care of the property. The office staff is also nothing short of wonderful. They were there to answer our many questions when we were moving in and everything was clear. My only complaint is the people who live here with their pets don't pick up after them. Some obviously do but many don't and that's a shame. Overall would recommend living here.

I love living at MAA Foothills! The office staff are wonderful and maintenance takes care of work requests in a timely matter. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and the tenants are very friendly. The only issue I have is the cost of the rent. As with most apartments in Arizona, rents keep rising, which is pricing good renters out of their apartments with nowhere to go!

You can get a ride to the airport. Its only about 30 min less any traffic.
