Mold for start there is mold on all the windows in the bathroom and it's gross I can't just spray it with bleach it comes back, they painted over things like tape and mold didnt care to fix it, it's 91 degrees and they haven't opened the pool for day use they say it will be at this time and then u go back and it's closed for lunch and its locked I personally think this place is a dump and the parking people can't use there one spot because they have 2 or 3 cars but then they won't use those cars and leave them in the visitor spots and switch them out every other day or so I think this place isn't worth the almost 2000

The staff is great. They are as helpful as they can be, sometimes they are either impotent to help or just don’t know how to help. But they are in bed with 21st century towing. They have partnered with this company and you are only as good as the companies you choose to work with. This company laughed at me when they towed my car and was beyond rude past that. I will give a good review if they discontinue using this service. Edit as could not reply: The tow company is rated as an F with the BBB. I work to run a business and I know that anyone I have hired on or contracted is an extension of how I do business. Please fix the error of having this company represent you.

Terrible community and apartments!!! On God. Your delusional if you voted more than one star! You want to live in an slumy, overpriced trashy, vandalizing, thieving, neighborhood here you go!! With the apartments with their electrical from the 70s and painted over bathtubs and plumbing that never works including no hot water. And no maintenance that does there job or even the office. The office is the worst even more now then ever. Especially there head office lady named Jessica.. garbage human being she is. Dont bother with this dump. Find a better community in Tualatin or anywhere else. Better off at a hotel. I was there 5 years I'm telling you dont waste your time here.

We have had to take care of a few problems at first when we moved here, but after living here for 9 months I would say that the overall experience has definitely been more pleasant. The parking is definitely an issue and if you have more than one car I would keep that in mind. But the maintenance staff and community manager is excellent and friendly. The rates here are affordable and the balcony’s are covered to keep the rain off. The community is very quiet and would be a good fit for any family or younger person looking for a more affordable place to live.

Questions & Answers

Why do you wait until AFTER someone signs a lease to let them walk through the apartment? I managed rentals for years and this is not the industry standard or how people do business when they are being honest and transparent.
