Thieves!!!! Margaritas doesn't know anything about complicated forms. If it's not right in front of her on the computer she doesn't know what to click on. She wasn't asking the right questions. Plain and simple she has no clue!!!! Waste of money. Where did she get her tax educational information from?

I would give them 0 stars if I could!! don't go here!!!! please save your time and money. I paid my $60 in June, I then got a call from them telling me the amount I would get. Now that I'm reading the reviews I'm seeing its not just me they played. I was suppose to get 500/600 in state but I only got 200 back(the other 300???). I've called and left several emails. no-one has reached out to me. I have yet to receive my federal tax refund and its been put on hold from the IRS until I verify my identification. I've yet to get a copy of the papers she filed for me and the IRS sent me a letter asking for information (to verify my identity) that would only be on the refund. Margarita hopefully now you will respond to me.
