Honestly, these people charge an arm and a leg. In the beginning I was told it was $450 and if there’s any extra documents than it would be a bit more. They say it’s going to be one price to file but then later on you take a look at your tax return and see they charged 1,592 for tax preparation. That’s completely ridiculous! Save yourself the trouble and go to someone that charges a set amount. Never again.

Just get in touch with mgmt at tax king refund and as long as you have your paperwork they will help issue you a new debit card. Sorry for your troubles. Good luck!

Good morning shakeda. I honestly wouldn't know the exact answer to your question. However i can tell you that i have also received a letter from the department of taxation and finance. They said i owe over $800. But when the accountant filed my taxes nothing showed up in the system. And i was able to receive my return. You would definitely need to speak to one of the CPA's in tax refund king. They are better equipped to handle your concerns. Not only that but it was really nice to walk away with $125 in cash. It was desperately needed. Hope you have a great day!
