They tell you you got a good case, never met anyone in person until day of hearing. They appealed the denial without even talking to me. Numerous facts were incorrectly reported in the transcript. Then, when you need a lawyer, they drop you. Then send you the evidence they used and turns out they only had half of your medical documents as evidence in the first place. Lazy and incompetent. Go anywhere else.

Hi Marie. I went thru Hoglund too. Took me approx. a month to receive benefits. SS will pay attorney fees out of settlement before it gets to you. It will be in the paperwork you will be receiving. Congratulations.
No U shouldn't because have to go back to when you were claimed as being disabled that's what I was told if I lost mine but I want mine. I don't think that company fights very hard to get you your money I was not impressed with them
Wow I have no response to that and think that is an awful thing to say. I have no time for racism in anyway shape or form. I never had a problem with anyone at this office or any other. Treat people well and it will come back to you. They were amazing and did a fantastic job for me.
