They worked with my husband and daughter-in-law for her first car. The car experienced issues after we took delivery, and they went above and beyond to make it right. I recently purchased a 2011 mercury mariner and some how I managed to activate the mykey function and can't turn the volume up to high or go over a certain mph. HOW DO I TURN IT OFF? Please help.

You need both keys. One is the master key. Try one and go into settings it will let you turn the settings off. One of two will work.

Good Morning, Our Covid Safety protocols are as follows. 1. Every employee is wearing masks at all times. 2. We have plexiglass partitions at all staffs desks and service writer stations. 3. We have hired a sanitation service that comes in after hours every night to sanitize all open spaces. Door knobs, desks, furniture etc. 4. We are doing vehicle delivery service if you are not comfortable coming into the store to purchase your vehicle. 5. Any employee that has any Covid symptoms of any kind are being asked to stay home until a negative Covid test is provide and symptoms have been gone for 24 hours. 6. We are having customers run their own credit cards to cut down on cross contamination. 7. We are providing a new pen for each customer either signing out on a vehicle or checking out at our cashier window and we are asking them to keep the pens. Please contact us for more as I have reached our character limit.

Why is there no costumer service at this location? Why do reps just walk around looking at you?
