As with most retailers today, Michael's was short staffed. In spite of that I received excellent service. The woman that helped me with framing was wonderful. She willingly gave me the time and attention it took to make my decisions. I appreciated her patience. She was great!

For me, this store is the best. I love crafts. The only bad thing is that there is no good customer service. You ask them for help and they have a nasty face and that is really uncomfortable. Please be more kind. I know that dealing with some people is not It's easy but allow other people's bad energy to affect you God bless you always 🙏🙏🙏❤️
