Coming in the morning, the store was not very crowded. The layout is excellent--aisles are wide, shelves are orderly & well-stocked, prices are excellent. The store brands are very good.

We ordered cook ware on line and received a few damaged I I talked to David at the store he was the only out of 3 stores who could figure out how to replace those pans right away 👌 and we wanted a really nice meat nice and he showed us one and it works great nice guy

Everyone wears their mask, they have sanitizer at the door. It wasn't busy when we were there last so easy social distancing. Still allowed us to open a package to check out a high dollar item before buying. I felt plenty safe there.
The store may already have the Knife set in stock. You should call them and ask about it! You can also call Williams-Sonoma customer service and ask how to due this process. If you bought it at another Williams-Sonoma store call that store and see if they can ship it to Rosedale. If all else fails, always call WS customer service for Help! All the best to you!
I am not 100% sure if they do? I think you should look them up on the internet. Or call their customer service.
