Depends on the watch, we typically charge $15-$25 although some watches could be outside of that range.

We do not allow customers into our back room where the repairs take place. If security of the diamond is a concern we are more than happy to fingerprint the diamond by mapping the inclusions and recording the GIA laser inscription for you. And as for experience, our goldsmith has been working here for more than thirty years. Hope this answers your question!
