I brought my sewing machine in for a cleaning and repair. When I brought in my machine it was working. After the repair person looked at it , it was not. They said it couldn’t be repaired and I should pick it up. When I said that it was working the day before, they first said they didn’t plug it in so they couldn’t confirm it was working. When I pursued it further, then the story changed to they took the cover off and found it couldn’t be repaired. Then the story changed again to it was a slip motor. Then it was a computer chip. They would never admit to the possibility that when they took the cover off, something happened to machine and now it was not working. I didn’t get angry, in fact I said I would be willing to buy a new machine from them if they would give me a discount. They would give me $200 off. I asked if they could go $300, since they would be making a sale and gaining a new customer. No. I don’t understand why after rendering my machine unusable, and presented with the opportunity to make some money and gain a customer that would spend more money at their store, they refused over $100. Doesn’t make sense to me. So I took my money elsewhere and bought a new machine. Their loss.

This is a great place if you like Pfaff machines. They sell and repair them. They also repair most other sewing machine brands. Great classes. Lots of accessories Contact them for a list of classes - get on their email list. I highly recommend Just Sew Studio!
