The store is still open.
You order online, select the store & then in your email you'll get notification once it's ready to pickup. Once you arrive in the parking lot give them a call (I know you just mentioned it) and they'll come out and deliver your item. Make sure you have your ID with you as well. There is another alternative once you arrive is to walk into the store and immediately at the enterence there should be a table where you'll speak to someone and they'll give you your item.
They open at 9:00 mon.-sat. sun 10:00. Hope that is helpful for you.
