Went for notary services after calling to confirm and they didn’t have the stamp so I wasted my time.

I called ahead of time to make sure a notary would be available to do a document for me. I was told to come at a certain time because that’s the time the notary comes in. I walked almost a mile to get there. When I arrived and asked for the notary I was told she was on vacation. I tried 3 other places nearby and each was as bad or worse then the other. I walked home and still do not have a notarized document.
