My experience was great. Not only is the hotel in a great location, but it is beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and well, the most important thing is right in the center of NYC.

A good hotel close to Times Square and other attractions. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We have always been helped. The hotel room was clean but a bit small, especially not much closet space available. For the price and the location but completely ok.
