Everything was clearly communicated and everything was clean and items were available to rent. Just a suggestion, maybe add a suitcase weight hanger to the rental area as after NY shopping it would be nice to be able to weigh your bags. We loved the central vibey location and you have to have a gelato from next door!

Overall a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. In particular, the weekend staff (Rafael, + Jenn). The hotel is very app driven, so I can see someone older having a harder time. However, the staff really went out of their way to help me w/ extra blanket, and teaching me how to adjust the heater/ac unit. Also, the windows are single pane, so sound leaks in (it did not bother me, but if you are super sound sensitive-something worth mentioning). Location was great. The room was clean. For the price, a great value.

Highly recommend this Sonder! It was my second time at Sonder Flatiron. I was there one week each time. Each time was awesome. It is clean, the staff is helpful and the accommodations are very nice. You are in the perfect neighborhood to grab coffee, breakfast or dinner. There is lots of good shopping nearby and the park. My colleagues stayed at a name brand hotel and not only was it more costly it was not nearly as nice as Sonder. This is NYC so no matter where you stay there is some noise. Sonder kindly provides you with earplugs. Use the app if you need help or go find Jen- she currently runs the building and if cheerful and helpful.

Great location- next to all the spots, restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms were fairly big for NYC and clean. Luggage lockers were super convenient and came in handy. Highly recommend!
