I've been to a few of the Banfeild location with multiple cats. I have to say Manchester is by far the friendliest. Dr. Brown is outstanding! She is extremely communicative, honest, and caring to my cats. The vet techs at this location, although always busy, theses girls keep smiling and give the utmost sympathy and compassion. The entire team is just phenomenal!

I switched from Glastonbury to Manchester based off my dogs behavior when it’s time to go in . Nothing personal but there was a huge resistance, crying , and tail in between legs when walking into Glastonbury clinic . Maybe it’s because the Manchester one is inside a pet store . But even still my dog does not mind waiting by the bench where the vet is in the pet store . Anyways . The staff is normally very pleasant despite how busy they always are ( burn out is real ) so I appreciate kindness in hard times . The lady at the front desk was great today wish I knew her name to give her credit . Luna 9/10 times sees Dr Brown and for the sake of rapport between dog and vet I only ask to see her now . Today I asked to go in with her since Iv never experienced that since I got Luna during a pandemic . I really felt comfortable with what I saw and how patient they are with my dog ( a 2 year old husky). No crying for her vaccines or any resistance! So I’m a happy customer and wanted to share . Dr Brown is patient , answers questions , and I did not feel rushed . Anyways thanks to all the staff ! I know the vet field isn’t easy and i appreciate all that you guys do ! Especially when it comes to taking care of my fur baby!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
We run lab tests every day we are open. Lab tests will need to be approved by the doctor that examined the pet and we do not run lab tests on pets we have not examined.
