I'm unsure if my case manager is ignoring me or I didn't set my email to apply any messages there's a serious matter and she's not responding to any of it it's financial fraud with the landlord and she not responding is making it really difficult she had all the time to respond until now finding out she's on vacation or something but she didn't respond last month so I know something's up

The section 8 list opens up every 3 years. Then the applicants are put into a lottery drawing for the waiting list. Keep an eye on the housing authority website. If you are over 62 there is also a public housing wait list that opens up every 3 years as well. It will be a couple of more years before the lists will be open in Manchester.

I think that lottery is over but section 8 lottery is for anyone over 18 that meet income guidelines. It started yesterday & ends friday.the application is on their website under waitlist.
