Great to use them with insurance, but to just get replacement lenses has been a hassle! I bought the frames from them but had to go to the store for them to 'trace' the lenses? And then order them, 'should be in 7 to 10 days, now when called they say maybe late next week!' Sheesh!

I went to see Dr. Dang a few months and he was fantastic. He was very patient, honest and kind. He took his time and did a very thorough eye exam for me. I was very happy with the service he provided. Chi was an amazing, when I initially picked up my new glasses there was an issue with the glasses and she was able to resolve the problem very quickly, I appreciated it a lot.

I came in for a new prescription and was fortunate enough to have been assigned with Dr. Dang. The examination did not feel rushed as he was very meticulous from start to finish. He listened and helped me understand any questions or concerns I had. The knowledge and passion he displayed during my visit made me feel comfortable and should be the standard for all medical professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Dang for anyone looking for an optometrist! Also, shoutout to the front desk staff (Brianda) for being very helpful!
