The staff are motivating, knowledgeable and caring. The class sizes are small so they really get to know you and can coach you one on one. The facilities and clean and sanitizing methods are in place. Lots of equipment for every workout need. Easy to follow nutrition plans are available and recipes. I think it's a great place to get healthy!
