I stayed here basically over night. Cute little room, tiny layout, but I was solo so it was fine. I liked the modern aesthetic of the interior design. The location is kinda nestled in on the street and I missed it at first. I thought the location was decent in terms of being near stuff (but then again it's NYC). Pretty bare bones in terms of luxuries, I suppose, but has what you need. I guess I'd say my only slight issue was my room had a faint kind of damp/mildewy smell. Not sure how to describe it. But I think it may have been people showering without closing the glass door to the bathroom area. I initially did it too! But it wasn't horrible or distracting. The staff at the desk was friendly and professional (as far as I recall). Has a neat glass elevator. I'd stay here again and recommend it.

Great place to chill. Rooftop bar has amazing views and the prices are fair. Worth a visit when in NYC...there is also a cool hangout joint/bar at the lobby.

Didn’t have the chance to stay at the hotel. I created a reservation through third party by accident and wanted to expedite the cancellation process with the hotel by checking their updates and process. Talked to two agents in the front office, the lady was helpful patient & provided useful guidance. The guy that I talked to unfortunately showed me the worst hospitality that I could have even seen. Got hanged up twice (yes by the same person) even spelled they email wrong -unprofessional, did not listen to my explanation -no empathy, kept repeating asking me to figure it out on my own - not qualified for hospitality. Please at least get some training before working at the desk. I hope I would be the last guest that decide no visit for the pod because of a specific bad performing employee

RIP OFF ARTISTS! Do not stay here! I cancelled my reservation 2 weeks in advance and they still billed me. Front desk service. Much better hotels to stay at such ss HC only a walk away. Ive told all my acquaintances to steer clear. Aweful experience. Never ever had such a bad experience.

Yes, there's a very small desk and chair and toilet with shower but the rooms are very, very small so everything is very close together. The location is fantastic though!

Hey! Room I stayed in had bathroom and one set of bunk beds I think you have detail info when you book a room. It was small but really clean, nice and comfy. Would defenetly stay there again.
