Very awful customer service from the front desk employee. Thomas the GM was polite on phone when trying to cancel reservation (due to COVID) and Expedia needed their approval to issue me a full refund (which they were willing to do all they needed to do was talk to Thomas/someone at hotel). The woman at front desk hung up on Hector (Expedia employee) twice and refused to give her name. If you go here - book through them directly because they will be very unflexible. Oh also - I tried to cancel 4 minutes after making the reservation - they definitely could have just cancelled and approved a full refund and relisted the room. Instead they did that, and Expedia and Marriot made money off of us for essentially a 4 minute reservation.

The place wasn’t that bad. Wasn’t great either. It was clean and offered just the very basic amenities. I had a horrible experience where one night an unknown woman walked into my room at 4am while I was sleeping. Let the front desk know and none of them including the manager took accountability. They even made me sound as if I had made it up. Terrible custumer service and straight up lack of decency. Security in this hotel is non-existent. Plus it was definitely NOT cheap.
