The Tillary Hotel is NOT open to the public! There is a temporary shelter in there...no public...to answer the question...many trains are in the area...2, 3, 4 Q, R, Etc

Is there a laundry on site? If so, is it self-serve? I've seen different reports on multiple sites and the hotel website doesn't say if there are options beyond dry-cleaning.
