Really nice hotel near the center of New York, really close to Metro and transport. Hotel is located in Chelsea which is a very safe area and also near Empire State and Flatiron Iconic Buildings Rooms were clean and friendly service

The hotel is quite good, quite simple, the decoration of the room very good, but I thought it was bigger as well as the size of the beds. The people at the reception were super welcoming, the hotel was very well located. The breakfast on the other hand too expensive for what is offered.

It depends on how long you are staying at the hotel and you know your room number, or communicate to reception that there will be a delivery to be made for you. The reception staff is calm and very kind, I believe there will be no problems.
Depends what you are after but you don't have to go far to find good food in NYC.
If you are walking fast, I'd say 20-30 minutes. It really depends on crowds. Would be easier to take an N or R train uptown to 42nd Street from the 28th and Broadway station.
