This hotel had just reopened the week of our stay after being closed for over two years. Every staff person we encountered was courteous, helpful, friendly, and expressed their gratitude that we chose to stay at Hilton Times Square. The bellmen and security staff on the first floor assisted with directions, and they safely stored our luggage after we checked out so we didn't have to carry it around the city until our flight. The property was immaculate. Our room was very spacious, and spotless. The restaurant and bar had not yet reopened, but there were so many choices nearby that it was not a problem at all. Times Square is a noisy area, but we were on the 35th floor and our room was very quiet. AND the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

We took our two teenage children to New York for a short vacation. We checked in on the Hilton’s first day being open after having been closed for 2.5 years. We absolutely loved our stay. We arrived very early (6am) and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us and make us comfortable. They didn’t “officially” open until noon! This hotel is in a perfect spot. The major theaters are in easy walking distance and there is an abundance of great restaurants and cafes in very close proximity. Subway locations are very accessible from the hotel. NYC truly is at your doorstep at this hotel. To top it all off, the staff was amazing! We definitely will stay at this hotel on future visits to NYC.

Raquel is the best!!! Let me also give a shout out to the bell men as well. We were in NYC to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. After taking a red eye we took a chance on checking in early and Raquel accommodated us. Room was on the 42nd floor with a wonderful view of the city. When I come back in the spring I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed the night on the first night the hotel was reopened for business since the beginning of the pandemic. The front desk staff were great and seemed very happy to be welcoming guests back. We had a great room on the 43rd floor with a lovely view. One surprise - and hear me out - the tap water was quite good! Two things I would want to fix with the room. 1) the air conditioner only goes down to 68 degrees Fahrenheit which meant that by 3am all three of us in the room had thrown all our covers off.🥵 I never managed to get back to sleep after that. 😢 We even had the window open as much as allowed with temperatures in the 40s outside and it would not get cool enough for comfortable sleeping. 2) I will never understand hotel designer's choice to not provide a nightstand on both sides of a queen bed in a two queen bed room. It's as if they only expect such rooms to be used by two people, not three or four. This is a common issue that - were I in charge of the 🌎 - I would fix. However, we were generally very happy with our stay and the location cannot be beat.

No problem, you have to ask the conciergerie. We did it last summer.
Standard cars is $68 and for SUV it is $78.. it is for one night without in/out privileges..
New York
The $30 per night can be spent $10 towards drink and $20 for food per day per room. Of you don't use it you lose it
Yes there is velet but it's not near the hotel is blocks away..the velet told me as he took my car "are you sure you have everything because once it's gone....it's gone" lol. Takes an hour to get your car back when your ready to leave
If you have booked with Hilton directly you have a better chance. Also if you have Hilton honors status you can explain and they may help. Always book with them directly. Maybe they will help you with a future stay
No microwave, but you can always ask the front desk to bring one up.
Valet parking is on 41st street between 7th and 8th street. Valet price varies depending on vehicle type. Just there over Thanksgiving weekend and it was $68 for a sedan.
Not sure if they have that but it's a very convenient location if you're touring Times Square. Thanks for your service.
Google Maps or Waze your destination and choose walking or driving. Try Waze and choose desired arrival time at destination and get the go time!!
Self parking. If you are with a rental car, you can drop it off and use public transportation in Manhattan. Probably a better choice
JFK. But it really depends on your airline, destination and connecting flights.
Taxi, Uber or cheap way is buses
You can use Google maps to look at directions via walking or transit.
