I don't believe so. It is a co-op so it is collectively owned and I don't know the diversity of the membership.
They accept snap but not WIC. They have a free program that you can sign up for if you have WIC or food stamps where they give you discounts on their products
They accept EBT, they also have two programs for EBT customers, one gives you a discount and the other gives you $1 for every $1 you spend on produce
