Really aweful experience. We called to modify our reservation from 3 to 2 nights and were told everything would be fine which turned to be the very opposite of fine upon arrival. Our reservation was somehow canceled all together (eventhough we called again the night before and were told it was all good) we had to work the situation out for 2 hours and were told we had to pay for our 2 nights at the current rate which was astronomical. In the end, we were still charged for 3 nights as they are refusing to refund the canceled night. The rooms are muggy, run down, and smell like urinals. Lipstick stains on towels and weird stains on the carpet. Unacceptable business practices. Do not go there.

Absolute nightmare from both Expedia and Vybe. We will not be booking with Expedia or Vybe in the future. I have also circulated the below with my New York based company to avoid both and no longer book through either as well. My wife and I were traveling for work and requested a modification to our reservation prior to the change deadline and it was not honoured even though we were told from Expedia it would be. Both Expedia and Vybe were unhelpful in resolving the situation and I ended up needing to pay significantly more than our original reservation (which we already paid for months in advance). This is after waiting two hours in the lobby after a full day of traveling. Furthermore, Expedia and the hotel were unable to refund the full original booking and only provided a partial refund. I have in writing from Expedia saying they would reach out to the hotel to receive a full refund for the original booking and they failed. We paid 3 nights even though we were only there for two. They were going to charge us two times the original price and it was only after two hours of going back and forth between Expedia and the hotel as well as saying we would cancel the whole booking and find an Airbnb that magically Vybe was able to lower the price somewhat. We called the day prior to our reservation to confirm the modification and said we would be arriving the day after. The gentlemen at the desk said this would be no problem and they would hold the room for us. Room was dirty, towel had makeup on it, stains on the floor, smell of mold and smoke. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Yikes, I've stayed in cheap motels that were in better shape. The description and photos of this hotel are completely different from the reality. I saw no sign of a bar or restaurant, just a basement space for breakfast. The room smelled like cigarette smoke - all of my stuff now smells and I'll have to air my bags out. It looked like someone had punched the wall art in our room. Gashes in the walls, smashed outlet cover. The only lighting was the overhead, it looked like the sconces on the headboard that are shown in the hotel's photos had been removed. The shower floor was pretty gross. The staff seemed pretty uninterested when we checked in, but nearly every time we came or went there was another customer in the lobby fighting with them about some issue. The door and walls were so thin that at one point in the night I woke up scared because it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room, only to discover that it was someone across the hall. I didn't think the other reviews that I read could possibly be fair, but I should have listened because it really was that bad.

Other guests threatening to shoot each other, in the hallway, outside my room at 2:30 in the morning (10/7/22). There is no legitimate security company so guests are not safe, the place is saturated with the smell of smoke, the room was not well cleaned. The hotel needs new management. Unfortunately, the whole operation is substandard and definitely not worth the prices being charged.
