It was hard to book a party room and then it was not what they said. They mentioned we cannot come more than 15 minutes ahead of the party, which was rude, when we were the only ones doing party in the arena. We have seen birthday parties with good baloon decorations which they said is included, but didn’t get any, after asking got only 5 balloons but not the baloon tower we saw. Staff was rude, asked us to pay $5 extra for each walker we took for party people who were new to ice skate. They were so uninterested and unresponsive and just trying to get over it.

Great day at the rink. Skate patrol was on it. We were pleasantly surprised at how hast he responded to every fall.

Staff is super nice and very fast and helpful. Well kept facility. Very over crowded for public skate. Especially for such a small window of skate time.

Lots of fun for the entire family. We attended a birthday party here some time ago, which was great. We also come here every 5 or 6 weeks for public skating. The seals and walkers are great to help the little ones skate. I mostly enjoy sitting by the glass watching everyone having fun. Simple fun place. Highly recommended.
