My Edge trimmer needed new pull cord. Seemed ok price 20 bucks for the part. Then the guy proceeded to pull 6 star bolts and replace for me, no charge. I could have done it but 1. Didn’t realize how easy it was 2 don’t have the star wrench tool. Outstanding service! Made my day!
