The air conditioning system in the two rooms I stayed in didn't work as well as they should have. There was a clog in sink in one of the rooms. Staff is tremendous. Ambiance exceptional.

Very charming building with lots of character. Love the hotel. Very good value for money. Beach is 50 meters away. Nice, quieter, area of Miami Beach. Highly recommended.

Very loud on weekends. Tiny slow elevator and stairs look like a dungeon. Rooms are dark, shower is really small and the toilets had a hard time flushing. NO onsite parking, when directed to park at their partner hotel, valet told us we could not park there for two days. The only parking around is either 8hr or 3hr Max parking making it aggravating. We arrived late at night and there was nobody in the hotel, which after the restaurant closes looks like and abandoned building, took about 45 minutes for somebody to finally get to the single random desk in the middle of the lobby area. If you like privacy this is not the place, house keeper removed our do not disturb sign and walked in while we were still sleeping, then we left for about and hour only to come back to find her in the room cleaning when we told her we didn't need service. Overall stay just about anywhere else and you will have a better time

Very old building with not many updates. A lot of flooding and humidity. Good luck getting a good nights sleep with all of the loud people in the courtyard and on the roof late hours.
