I have stayed here over 5 times in the last year. The level of service has become horrendous — Staff do not seem to care about your experience. For 3 days, the elevators had a weird smell and no one did anything about it. For the cost, the service was completely unacceptable

Best hotel experience in quite some time! Billed as a 5-star hotel and delivers in every way (service, attentiveness, friendliness, amenities, rooms, cleanliness, dining, pools, gym, etc). Had an absolutely spectacular time and can't wait to return! Biggest sell for me: This was a family vacation (with small kids!!) but there was plenty of opportunity to feel 100% adult. Have now been to both the Miami and Brooklyn hotels and nice to see echoes of the brand but completely different experiences.

Absolutely amazing hotel with all the amenities you could ask for! The rooms are clean, albeit a little loud with the nightlife! The lobby is warm and welcoming and the staff is super friendly. The pool area is beautiful and well staffed! Would highly recommend to everyone!

All pools are only open to hotel guests except when you purchase a cabana. Prices vary based by date, availability and how many people.

I didn’t see any rentals on the property but there’s plenty of city funded bicycles to rent throughout south beach
Your friends have to check at front desk first to required a wristband to gain access to the pool area, they'll need your last name and room number.
Early check-in or late check-out are sometimes options, but is subject to availability.

Yes, they receive them. Try that they arrive during the stay but if they do not keep them for you, if they arrive earlier or later at most they will charge you something more They do not charge anything. Enough with the stay. The same is worth it! Luck!!!
