Update on my review from several days ago. Check your sheets and then check them again, because I received multiple bed bug bites everywhere!! I know most hotels don’t clean they’re comforters but I’m pretty positive this place doesn’t clean their sheets period.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. I needed some extras for my room and was accommodated immediately by who I believe was the housekeeping supervisor. In addition after I returned from the beach this afternoon, my room smelled very fresh and was cleaned beyond my expectations. I will come back to this hotel in the future and would recommend to anyone visiting Miami Beach!

It is a super hotel, everything clean, the bad thing is that you hear what the neighbors of the rooms do and they lend their bicycles to go around everything and the hotel is beautiful
