Excellent stay and we loved everything about this place - awesome bedrooms to the amazing pools and proximity to the beach .
The staff went above and beyond with hospitality .
Really appreciate them providing cold water to all the guest amidst hot Florida weather .
We can’t wait to be back

It’s a Ritz, it’s nice! Staff is friendly and it’s in SoBE. Pool is great and service is helpful. Cabanas on the beach, which it has access is great. But is in SoBE, expect to pay for it

No but you can get served by an attendant while in the pool.
If I want to cancel a reservation because of a hurricane, and because I am with a child of a year and a half, can I reschedule for another opportunity or do I have to pay anyway?

Hello, if you cancel with time you can change the date if your reservation is with free cancellation.
