HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called this hotel 3 times to inquire about the hotel because I was interested in booking for my husbands birthday and all 3 times the staff was very rude , unprofessional and then hang up the phone. called back and was placed on hold forever. Clearly very poor service and very unprofessional. I guess I will take my business elsewhere and find another hotel who values their guest and who can provide great customer service.

Excellent location, great rooms, and attentive service. We had a nice view on the ocean from our bathroom window. South beach is a few minutes walk and the hotel offers discounted prices for one restaurant and one caffe nearby. A nice pool is located in floor 2. Towels are available on request and there are fruits and drinking water at the pool. Coffee available on the lobby for free.

The rooms are a bit uncomfortable if you bring more than one suitcase. People at reception are friendly. What I have not endured in my stay and in truth what makes me write here even while staying (It is my first night of two) is: I CAN'T STAND THE SMELL OF THE ROOM. It is an unbearable perfume, I don't know if it is an air freshener or if the person who cleans the room emptied the Fabuloso (floor cleaner) but it is really suffocating, I would like to open the windows but it is a building sealed by the air conditioning . It is truly something unbearably insufferable.

We LOVED this hotel. Karra at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful to us. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Clean rooms with fabulous location!! The restaurant next door had wonderful staff and good food. We will be back!
