Very close to the beach, on Collins Avenue, a simple hotel, with spacious rooms, with a place to cook, very friendly staff, with free parking to one side of the hotel. I would return without a doubt.

Beach is across the street . No balconies , on the 7600 building there is a pool. Mini kitchen with stove , coffee maker and dishwasher. Place is super clean.

We do not have on-site parking but you can explore public parking options in our area: https://www.miamibeachfl.gov/city-hall/parking/parking-garages-lot-locations/north-beach/ It is free to park on the street on Harding Avenue and the area west of it. Metered parking is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day near Collins Avenue. Metered parking zones in this area are priced at $1 per hour from 8 AM-6 PM and free from 6 PM-8 AM. Rates may vary, however, so please check the signs. Parking on the yellow lines is prohibited in all areas. Thank you, Seaside Team
Hi Eli, not yet for this weekend but our sister hotel - Oceanside Hotel & Suites is open and has an all-inclusive special currently running.
Go walking south on Collins Ave, i am sure you will find somthing .....also just want to let you know , there's a few good restaurants, on same ave, brasilian restaurant, argentina food, hot dogs you name it, very good, dominos pizza, car rental staff very polite....But if yoy want to save some money go on grocery store no the one passing walgreens, go to Publix, you will see they have good prices Enjoy Miami!!!

Hi Rita, Seaside Apartment Hotel does not offer a shuttle to/from Miami International Airport.
During the night there's no parking available , what I recommend to you, go in front of the Hotel in the Library, in the night is free parking, but just make sure if you want to leave vehicle after 8 am, is 1 dollar per hour, and is to be paid in advance Enjoy your stay!!!
Not walkable to a nude beach. It is walkable to a normal beach though.
