I have never had a worse experience in a hotel. That was under all.. We had booked 2 nights, when we came back from the beach on the second day the rooms were not made up. The front desk gave us a note that suddenly said that the room was only cleaned every two to three days. Absolute cheek. We even had to take care of fresh towels ourselves. There was nothing about this when booking. The air conditioning is still from the 80s, no automatic, no regulation and at 40 degrees Celsius. This dump isn't worth a dollar.

Good hotel. Well located, has a pool and the staff are very attentive. Charges 15 dollars for daily parking. Close to the beach and there are many shops around. Good option to stay in Miami.

4 of us on a family holiday, got left 2 towels. Asked them to leave 4 but they never did so had a daily trip to reception to get 2 extra towels. Wardrobe space is limited. No coffee machine in room. Pool was good and warm. Location was great.

We stayed for 8 days, the overall experience was positive, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were in agreement. Negative point for the noisy air conditioning and old decor. But the service was great, receptionists very friendly. Pool of a reasonable size, it was clean, we took advantage of it! In the entrance hall there is a space with old computers, for those who need it, and a shared microwave that saved some meals. The location is good, centralized but far from the south of the island.
