Service is unmatched. Catering & hospitable from the moment you step onto the premise. Beautiful decor throughout. Brunch at Los Fuegos was delicious. The Living Room is beautiful, bartenders made drinks to perfection. We we’re traveling with a child & the little kids chair they provided at the pool was adorable; also provided toys to play with at the beach. Two caveats: fix/update the central air within the corridors of hotel as it was quite stuffy compared to our room/public areas, add signage to beach that there is no lifeguard on duty (bit chaotic if/when an issue arose.)

Interesting decor. Comfortable rooms. Mostly, the service was great. Especially on the beach and in the restaurants. My issues are: we asked for a New York Times which they said they'd bring to our room. Never appeared. They also took the robes from our room and I called for more which they said they would send right up. Never came. And finally, there was a small stain on the bottom sheet of our bed. I didn't mention it because I figured they'd see it and change the sheets. Never happened! I knew the sheets were clean, though just a weird stain. Breakfast on the verandah was delicious.
