I lived here a little over two years and I enjoyed my time here. The office staff is great! In the beginning, they were able to get me into an apartment even with my quick timeline and really helped during a stressful time. They always addressed my problems and were available and quick to respond during my entire stay. The apartment itself was nice. It had the vinyl floors and carpeted bedroom and all the appliances. It had a patio and outdoor storage and there are additional garages you can rent. I dont know if this is true for all the apartments, but the one I was in didnt have many lights in the ceiling and no ceiling fans. So keep that in mind, youll need to get some lamps and fans in the summer if it gets warm. There is an amazon lock box on the property that was extremely convenient. A huge plus for me was that the area is extremely walkable. It is next to a park, the post office and close to many shopping centers. Its also next to the nature area which has a lot of birds and I even saw a beaver once. I rarely drove anywhere while I stayed here. The move out experience was straight forward, honest and there werent any unexpected charges. A couple things to be aware of. Make sure your parking pass is applied correctly and that you know the proper procedures for guests so that you dont get towed. If you plan on keeping things out on the patio, make sure to check the patio policy. The reason I left was that the ceiling in my particular apartment was very squeaky when people were walking upstairs at all times. I live in a very quiet house so it was very noticeable for me. If they had another one available, I might have considered just transferring apartments but I found another place instead.

It's been a pleasure growing with the Arya community over these past few years. I've been beginning to get to know the residents and office folk better and still have not yet regretted my decision to move to this community.

The staff at Arya are very helpful with regards to reasonable accommodations for disabled tenants. I don't like that water, trash and sewage aren't included in the rent, like in California, and they don't apprise you until later. It's one reason I am looking to move. I really dislike that a "pet friendly " community doesn't allow any signs of your pets in their patio policy. It's also another reason I am looking to move. The walls are pretty on the outside, but paper thin within. This is another example of why I want to move. Bad maintenance, therefore my apartment is not completely secure is yet another reason. I still love the views from my windows and patio, but I need a yard for my dogs, and even though I made this suggestion and would gladly pay higher rent, I don't see this happening anytime in the near future and it's the final reason I need to move. And all they need is swing our patio rails out & enclose with a back rail to maintain the beauty & integrity of the community.

I've been at Arya Hedges Creek a couple of months and love it! I was a bit leery about moving into an apartment environment after having lived 10 years in single family homes, but so far so good. I love the apartment (2/2) and really appreciate the amount of windows that we have to let in the natural light. Especially since the winters here can be rather glum. I was disappointed that the amenities (pool and gym) were not available- but that is not the complexes fault, it's the covid restrictions. We have had a couple of maintenance issues, but the office has been very helpful in having the issues resolved in a timely fashion. Danielle and Kylie are the primary office personal that I spoke with, but every one has been receptive and helpful. Danielle was very helpful during the leasing process; answering my questions and guiding me when needed.. which was a lot! :D Our dryer wasn't working quite right, and they replaced it with a new one recently, which was great! And it was replaced prior to our expected replacement date. There are nicely groomed walking paths over to the shopping areas. It seems like a safe and friendly community! I will recommend this location to my family and friends.
