This is a 55+ Park, one adult has to be that age to live here. The space rent is $735 currently which is low for these types of parks. Quiet living and residents are nice. Most residents keep up their yards unless they're not able to hire someone.

My friend lives here. It is a clean and quiet place. You have to be 55 + yrs old to live here and there are guidelines kind of like having a HOA.

Nicole and Todd are the best. I mean really the best. they've been so patient with me and they have done amazing things with the park.they spent nearly two and a half hours with me tonight walking through a couple of properties just two that I felt good about decisions that I was making. You cannot ask for anybody better than these two! Park is quiet and clean and everything you want. 🧡
