Phone will ring non stop without any assistance available I've tried to reach a manager for the last 2 weeks via phone with no luck.. the manager in customer service is overwhelmed and needs assistance in the department! She was rude and payed no attention when I was in the store UPDATE! I've been in touch with corporate and issue is still unresolved! It has been nearly 2 months and still no resolution in sight. Steer clear from this branch!

Lowes need to work hard on customer support. Went to Roseville lowes and thats I am sure was the worst experience. West sac on the same track had no customer support. Staff has no clue what's going on and how to laise between their own website and store. Choose someone else guys.

Placed a order for pickup. At 1:30 the next day still not available even for the stuff that wasn’t cancelled for not really being in stock even though it showed when ordering. Tried 2 different paths in the phone menu tree to talk to someone about the order. Both times after finally navigating through the phone robot to be transferred to a person the phone rang over 5 minutes with no answer. So far a horrible customer service experience. Third time calling reached someone after letting phone ring 9 minutes. Order was ready, no text or email had been sent to me.
