The administration side of this business does not even qualify for a one star. It is poorly ran by management that doesn’t keep their word and do what they say they are going to do. Not to mention, they’re extremely unprofessional and rude. The female (Crystal?) that runs the office has a very nasty mouth and petty attitude. I’ve never heard of a professional manager scream at others before in a manner that she does. New management needs to happen in order for this place to thrive and stay afloat.
