No nurse or administrator on staff at 5pm, residents carpeted floor left soiled and resident was not bathed after a bowel accident today, staff still has not cleaned up the feces on the carpet. Family is there now and going to bath their mom, staff lied and said if she removed her tonight, resident would lose her Medicaid benefits! As a provider for 28 years, this is completely unacceptable and lying to the family will lead to abuse and neglect charges being filed tomorrow. Kelly Burns, as the Director of this facility, you are responsible for the neglect your patients suffer, the reviews have obviously not made any difference to you.

Super clean and professional facility. The staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Doesn't feel like a typical nursing home, but rather a community. The food at the cafe is also great, which is a big plus.

My mom is having a great time at the Marquis in Tualatin. The care workers are very kind to her. They take the time to turn on and off her electric fireplace every day, which really makes my mom feel cozy. They get creative dressing my mom. She says they dress her up like a doll. We were at a meeting the other day and I noticed the care worker was rubbing her back a little to help Mom feel loved and secure. It brought tears to my eyes. When your mom has to move into assisted living, you feel a certain amount of nervousness regarding how she will be treated. My mom is pretty helpless now. To see her treated not only kindly, but lovingly meant so much to me. I am so grateful for that. The protocols at the Marquis are good as well. I appreciate the way they call to communicate with us about everything that is going on that they think we might want to know. Mom's children really feel respected as the authorities regarding decisions about Mom. Folks at the Marquis don't assume to make decisions on their own. That is key as well. I am just so happy she is there and is being taken care of with so much kindness. It is huge relief!

My 3 week stay there was better than I could have hoped for, thanks, in part that they assign you a team that you can become familiar with. All the staff try hard to maintain professional standards and they are very friendly. Wait times were reasonable, in that I have no complaints.This was the second time I had to go to rehab and compared to the last place I stayed, It surpassed all my expectations With a good variety of food, although not the best, at least they will try to give you something different. the consistency needs improving. Overall, if you can get a bed at Meridian Tualatin, you are fortunate. Shout out to Gennifer and Jin. And the entire PT and OT teams. They really helped me transition back home.
