Has no parking. I called to ask about parking and particularly disability parking because I have leg braces and a walking aid. They unhelpfully told me that I just had to drive around until I found some. Then I finally walk from almost a half mile away and it turns out the store is completely inaccessible, stairs for everything, even just to get up a level inside the same room. No ramps or lifts. It would’ve been REALLY great not to waste my gas or my time finding a spot and then walking to the store when the employee on the phone could have just been honest about the store’s limitations when I called them on the phone. Instead this was a giant waste of my time that left me pretty assured this store only caters to those without a physical disability.

Shopping is very uncomfortable. I'm deaf and went to dressing room. They stand right by the door and try to look inside, they must try speak. But when I open, they back up little then gave me weird face and actually bent their head down staring my clothes from bottom to up. HEY DO YOU MIND?! IM NOT BEING RUDE, YOU MAY THINK I IGNORED COS I OBVIOUSLY CAN'T HEAR YOU. Good stuff but some employee being racial. It is racism store unfortunately. Preparing if you shop, they will follow you like a rat. That was very very rude and uncomfortable. They think I'm shoplifting because I don't respond at dressing room. Sad

The store is great and the selection of shoes and clothing is terrific. Three stars because of the service. Shopped there on 9/25/21 around mid-day. There were three employees in the shoe department and my wife was searching for hiking shoes. We were there for over 30 minutes and not one employee asked if we needed assistance. Two off them watched me walk back and forth bringing boxes of shoes for my wife to try on. The employees were just standing around talking and not working. Very disappointing!!!

When I was 9 I saved up all my money for a year and bought myself a great Columbia jacket from Sam’s. I’m in my 30’s now, and while I no longer live close, when I’m in town, I always stop in and see what I can’t find. They have a great selection and fair prices. I’ve gotten so many pairs of boots and shoes here over the years I’ve lost count. Service here is always outstanding and I love supporting such a great place.

Yep! Source: I'm employed at the Keene location (which also carries live worms), and I called the Bratt store to verify. He said they carry worms, so you should have a selection of crawlers, dillies, or small worms if their selection is similar to ours. 12, 15, 20 count respectively. $2.79 each. Again, the specifics are only true for the Keene store, and should just be a reference. But they definitely carry worms.
