Absolutely the worst customer service I have had to deal with. Can't get a straight answer from anyone regarding the status of my repair for a watch that was received damaged. Their repair portal is a big waste of time seeing my repair status has shown "received" going on 2 months. Last call to them last week I was promised by a supervisor that they would get the repair expedited and that I would receive and email within 2 days. Status still showing received. No email from anyone at Fossil. Appears I was lied to once again. Absolutely the last watch I purchase from them directly or indirectly. The thought of giving my money to a company that shows no desire and really no hope of providing any type of service. Update to my review from 12/28/2021. Changed from 1 star to 4. I finally got to talk to a Supervisor that seemed to know what was going on with my repair. Sure beats the old cookie cutter response of quoting me the time frame, holiday schedule etc. So Thank you to Supervisor Sean. Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

No, this is corporate headquarters. The closest place to have your battery replaced is Northpark mall.
Fossil.com has a warranty and repairs page where you can request service or repair for your watch, whether its under warranty or not!
