Car was in shop for two months. They called 4 times and notified me at 6 weeks they were just ordering the headlights. Spoke with the production manager when I finally picked and he couldn't care less. STAY AWAY

Someone hit my car in the parking lot at work in July and Service King in Decatur came highly recommended from my cousin a corrective paint consultant for 23 yrs. I went to the Decatur location and was greeted with exceptional customer service (later returning with milkshakes for my act of kindness to all present)and referred to contact the Tucker location due to have Progressive insurance and the agreement the Tucker has with them. I contacted Tucker and was greeted with exceptional customer service by the female that answered the phone, once I arrived she was the same way in person. The lobby was full and she was short staffed but took time with all and explained to be in detail the process and contacted Enterprise for our pickup. My car was estimated to be there until August 8, but updated every two days via text and by Rachel weekly or sooner if any updates. I was contacted and told my car would be ready Tuesday, July 5, only for someone to call back and say " it ready Saturday, July 1". I convey I was in Athens due to work based off the previous date given and will not be complete with work assignment until Tuesday. They apologize and assured me it will be ok to come Tuesday and return rental that day. The customer was amazing and my car was fixed in a satisfactory manner even with delay in parts. I dropped my car in february they need to replace a part , my insurance pointed to them so I have no choice but wait , they fixed some left the missing part , told me need to order they don’t know when will have , now we are in september for 7 month nobody call me for any follow up , I called last week they told me manager will call me back , after 1 week nobody call , I calle s again, they told me the same thing manager will call me back I don’t know what kind of business is this , they don’t take you seriously but take your money very seriously, cost double than regular body shop i tied with them coz of state farm Avoid them !

I worked with Matt and the whole team over at Service King this summer. They were absolutely amazing to work with. They were realistic about their time frame with supply chain delays and promised to send me twice weekly updates which they did without fail. When I was unable to then pick up my vehicle right away due to travel issues, the customer service team was kind and allowed me to keep it there until I was able to make it to town to pick it up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. The job was completed to my satisfaction and you can’t beat the customer service.

Do I need to take everything out of my car before I drop it off for repair?

Yes, items should be removed before dropping off your vehicle. When your vehicle is being repaired it goes through processes such as disassembly and painting and unfortunately we have no room to store belongings. We mention this in our authorization form and will not be held responsible for items that are left in your vehicle.

I have a 2011 Camry LE and broke the passenger side mirror. I can get the mirror from Toyota but need it painted and installed as Toyota no longer sells them with the matching color. Are you able to paint and install the mirror? Thanks...
