Outstanding service! 100% trustworthy. Expert advice. Fantastic bike maintenance. Amazing selection of E-BIKES. They know what bike is right for you. Won't sell you something you don't need. (Customer for 36 hrs!) All good.

After multiple experiences with Brattleboro Bicycle Shop, I can easily recommend their services. Folks running the shop are invariably kind and very knowledgeable. They were able to do some next-level alterations to my ebike, so pleased with the custom work and parts sourcing!

We were on a multi-day tour and by the time we rolled into Brattleboro I realized my brake pads were toast. It was a little after 3pm and they closed at 5pm, but they were gracious enough to install new pads right then and there and I was back on the road within an hour. Couldn't be happier or more appreciative!

If you're serious about your bike, this is one of the best places to go. It's all bikes, all the time! They don't just talk about it- they live it. Barb and Tim can frequently be seen peddling around town.

Hi Fran, We do have baskets. If you bring your bike in we can see if one will fit on your bike.
Hi Charles, please excuse the tardy reply. I don't check my gmail often enough during the busy season. • We do not rent electric bikes, though we do sell them. See more info on our bike rentals at http://bratbike.com/brattleboro/rentals.html • Once you get out of Brattleboro proper there are only six paved roads that continue for any distance within Vermont. Accordingly, many people prefer to ride the back roads, which are likely to be dirt, or to venture into Massachusetts, where all the back roads are paved. Typical traffic counts for many roads around here are under 2000 cars/day; the maximum throughput of a two-lane road is considered to be about 20,000.
