I need two antique brass lamps redone. They are very difficult to clean and get back their original shine. Do you do that type of work? I also need new electric sockets. Please contact.

Hey Fran. I don't do that kind of work anymore Years ago my shop used to refinish musical instruments and antiques. Because of space and cost I'm no longer refinishing. We only do smaller bench jobs. Before you start to polish get a magnet to make sure your lambs are really brass or brass plated steel. If they are you can strip off any lacquer with paint strip and clean well and purchase a can of lacquer from any hardware store and coat them. As for electrical check with Ace hardware.
