Arrived as walk-in expecting to wait 30-60 minutes. I was called after about 5 minutes. Phlebotomist was friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

I was a walk in for lab work. This took longer than previously but again, being a walk in I can't complain. However, when I walked in there was an elderly man in front of me struggling with the electronic login. He had no idea how it worked. I stood back and watched for around 5 minutes while Margarita sat behind the desk just watch him, not offering any help. I finally asked the gentleman if he wanted me to help him Margarita was not buy and just ignored this poor gentleman. You could clearly see that between his physical condition and age he needed help to just sign in. Shame on Margarita for ignoring this man. She should have either got up and helped him with the electronic system or called him over to the desk and signed him in herself.
